Open Top Container

Offshore Open Top Containers are specially designed transport units with an open-top structure, ideal for handling oversized equipment or items that require crane loading. These containers are manufactured in compliance with international standards such as DNV 2.7-1 to meet the secure transportation and storage needs of offshore operations.

Built with heavy-duty steel construction, they offer high resistance against harsh marine conditions. The removable top cover—either a tarpaulin or steel lid—provides protection from environmental factors during transit or storage. They are commonly used for transporting bulky and irregularly shaped items such as drilling equipment, large pipes, and engine components that cannot fit into standard containers.

These containers allow for efficient loading and unloading by crane from the top and comply fully with ISO and DNV 2.7-1 standards. Reinforced corner blocks and certified lifting points ensure safe handling on-site, while corrosion-resistant surface coatings enhance durability. When required, the removable roof system adds flexibility for various loading needs.
