These specialized caravans are designed to meet the operational needs of the deployment area, providing mobile communication and command-control capabilities. Within the scope of the project, all necessary technical systems have been integrated to ensure effective management of field operations.

These units are intended for military use in various emergency scenarios such as natural disasters, pandemics, mass migration movements, or wartime conditions. The caravans are equipped with the tools and systems required to ensure communication within field teams, coordination with other military units, and data transmission with fixed command centers via voice, fax, and data services.

The communication infrastructure operates through radio systems, GSM, satellite phones, and landlines. Radio antennas mounted on the vehicles are configured as either fixed or telescopic.

Upon request, digital communication systems have also been integrated into the vehicles. Additionally, to enable real-time monitoring of operations in disaster zones—and for post-operation evaluation—two DOM cameras have been mounted, one at the front and one at the rear of each caravan.
